Delete your Team Kubwa account

Crown Paints Kenya PLC operates the Crown Team Kubwa mobile app (Android package com.crown.crownmobile). This page explains how to request deletion of your Team Kubwa account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email us from the email address or mobile number registered on your account, or call the call centre. Tell us your membership number if you have it — it speeds things up, but isn't required.

You can also start this from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account.

We will acknowledge and action your request within the timeframe required by applicable law and, where reasonably practical, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, national ID number, phone number, email address, physical and postal address, date of birth, paint shop details, profile photo are deleted or anonymised.

This forfeits any unredeemed points and cannot be undone.

What we may keep, and why

Some records survive account deletion because we're legally required to keep them:

eTIMS invoice records and other tax/accounting records (Kenyan tax law requires these be kept for at least 5 years)
Records tied to an active fraud investigation or dispute, for the duration of that process
Anything else the law requires us to retain
