POSITION: Painter Trainer -Coastal regional

REPORTING TO: Business Development Manager

PURPOSE: Responsible for Training of Painters, Counter staff, Carpenters, masons and Crown staff within a designated region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Training of painters, carpenters, dealers’ counter staff and Crown paints’ staff.
  2. To meet the training targets set customer-wise
  3. To plan, in coordination with the Area Sales Managers, the annual training Calendar.
  4. To review the annual training on a quarterly basis
  5. To work with Area sales officers in identifying painters’ training in their respective areas.
  6. To be a custodian of all the painter training records.
  7. To give feedback on any information received from painters about Crown Products and general competition.
  8. To develop and review the Painters training curriculum.
  9. To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

  1. Bachelor of Education Degree/marketing/business management or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching/business development
  3. Experience in paint industry is highly recommended.
  4. Good knowledge of English & Kiswahili languages is mandatory.
  5. High negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  6. Analytical thinking and potential to grow.
