POSITION: Sales Officer/Executive(Institutions)-Coastal regional

REPORTING TO: Area Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Achieve monthly volume and value target
2. Handle institution business in coast Region
3. Interact with the client on regular basis to understand their requirements.
4. To ensure mapping of the potential market in terms of Institutions
5. Monitor institution debt and ensure payment terms are respected
6. Painter Training
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key persons of the institutions via meetings/ personal visits, telephone
8. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

1. University degree or Higher Diploma preferably in Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or other relevant specialities.
2. Should have sales experience of 3-7 years.
3. Preferably from building material, chemicals or paints background.
4. Highly energetic, high integrity, confident, good communication & selling skills.
5. Team player with exceptional people management skills
